Terms of Sale

1. Object

These terms govern the sale of custom Nintendo Switch 2 covers, 3D-printed, available on koversmith.com. They apply from the moment the customer places an order and define the obligations of the parties.

The site koversmith.com is published by PrintWonders, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 521 352 500 00032, with registered office at 12T rue principale, 57580 Vatimont, France.

2. Products and prices

Products sold on koversmith.com are custom covers for Nintendo Switch 2, 3D-printed in CMYK multicolor, as described on the site. Each cover is made on demand from the visual chosen or generated by the customer through the Design Studio.

Prices displayed are in euros and exempt from VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is validated. KoverSmith reserves the right to modify prices and product descriptions at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

3. Order

To place an order, the customer must:

• generate or upload the visual of their cover;
• validate their cart;
• provide their delivery information;
• complete the secure payment.

The customer will receive an order confirmation email which constitutes acceptance of the sales contract between the parties.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means indicated on the site, via our secure payment provider. No bank data is stored on KoverSmith's servers.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times include manufacturing (the cover being printed on demand) and transit time, which vary by destination. An estimate is provided when the order is placed.

KoverSmith cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond its control (carriers, customs, force majeure).

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. KoverSmith covers being made on demand from the visual chosen by the customer, they cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect or non-conformity.

For any non-personalized products, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused.

7. Warranty and conformity

KoverSmith warrants that products comply with their description on the site. In case of manufacturing defect or non-conformity, the customer is invited to contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the product, at contact@printwonders.shop.

The customer also benefits from statutory warranties of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

8. Liability

KoverSmith shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products. In case of dispute, KoverSmith's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

9. Intellectual property and customer content

All elements of koversmith.com (texts, images, design system, 3D models, code) are the exclusive property of PrintWonders and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The customer warrants that the visuals they upload or the prompts they submit through the Design Studio do not infringe third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, image rights). KoverSmith reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order whose content would be manifestly illegal, contrary to public order, or infringing on a third party's rights. In such case, the customer will be fully refunded.

10. Data protection

KoverSmith complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information collected is used only to process orders and improve the service. The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose and port their data, which they can exercise by writing to contact@printwonders.shop.

11. Modification of terms

KoverSmith reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications apply from the moment they are published, to all new orders. Orders in progress remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of their validation.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution before initiating any proceedings. Failing that, the consumer customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
